Apollo Automations — AI staff for local business

A missed call is a lost job.
You miss more than you think.

35–45% of home-service calls come in after hours, and businesses like yours answer under 18% of them. Apollo installs a small team of AI agents into your business — they answer your phone 24/7, chase every lead, draft every reply, handle your reviews. And nothing goes out without your OK.

The night shift you don't have

Work you already won, quietly walking out the door.

None of these are rare. They're Tuesday.

9:52 pm

The call that rang out

No hot water, kids at home — they call the first three names on Google, one after another. You're asleep. Whoever picks up gets the job, and it isn't you.

— one booked job, gone in 90 seconds

Tuesday

The follow-up nobody had time for

A real inquiry landed in your inbox during a slammed week. Nobody replied that day. Or the next. When someone finally did, they'd already booked another company.

— the fastest reply usually wins the work

Three weeks

The review that just sat there

One angry review, top of your Google profile, unanswered for three weeks. Every single person who searched your name read it — and read your silence with it.

— seen by every future customer

The fix

Meet your new back office.

A Mac app that moves a small org of AI agents into your business. Each workflow is a little team — a watcher, a writer, a manager reviewing the work — plus one voice assistant, named whatever you like, that can actually see your screen and drive your computer.

  • Every call transcribed and filed on your Mac the moment it ends.
  • Get a new number to advertise, or keep yours and forward it.
  • Wrong numbers and hang-ups under 15 seconds never count against your minutes.

Questions, answered

The things owners ask us first.

No. You sign up here, answer plain questions about your business, and install a Mac app. The app asks for exactly three things: your email, the signup code from your welcome email, and an Anthropic API key — and the welcome email walks you through getting that key, step by step, in a few minutes.

Because a password wouldn't make you safer — a reset email lands in the same inbox anyway. Your signup code is your credential: treat it like a password, and if you ever lose it we issue a fresh one and nothing breaks. The welcome email is your account. There is nothing else to remember.

Not unless you tell it to. Everything starts approve-first: replies, posts, invoices and estimates are drafts until you say yes. Where it makes sense you can turn auto-send on per workflow, once you trust it. Some workflows — like the Email Reply Drafter and the Paid Ad Drafter — can never send or spend on their own, by design.

Your agents run on your own Anthropic API key, billed by Anthropic directly to you — typically a few cents per agent run, with no markup from us. The key is stored in your Mac's Keychain and never leaves your Mac. We never see it, and we never see the bill.

Your phone keeps getting answered — the line never stops working, full stop. Minutes beyond the included 500 are billed at $0.50/min, so 1,000 minutes in a month runs $250 total. We watch the meter and reach out before you go over, so nothing ever surprises you. Going over never interrupts, throttles or disconnects your line. A dead phone is the exact thing you hired us to prevent, and we won't be the ones to cause it.

A Mac, and the accounts your business already uses — your inbox, your calendar, your review pages, your socials. Agents sign in to those once, in their own browser window, and never see or type your passwords.

Yes. Your code and account keep working — when you add a workflow, one click in the app's settings syncs your account and installs it. Nothing is ever removed by a sync.

On your Mac. Agents work locally, in the app, and your records stay with you. The answers you give at signup are held on our server solely to configure your agents, served over HTTPS only to requests carrying your matching code and email. We never sell data. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Any time, effective at the end of your billing period — write to apollo-automations-support@googlegroups.com and it's done. No retention flows, no phone tree. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
